A series of commercial, technical, sales and marketing workshop sessions over a working week (5 days) that have been adapted from our Global conference and 20 years of experience with customer workshops, enabled via HD video conference and virtual whiteboard that will get you the basic templates filled in and started as much as time allows:
- MVNO business plan template with initial budgetary figures
- MVNO business model template with product section defined, and a “who does what” action list to get it completed
- Product Definition First Draft
- User Journey template, with level 1 journey(s) defined
- Requirements template
- Project plan template
The outputs from this session should be a Gate 2 level understanding of what we see as a 3 gates system and should allow you to understand not just the basic next steps and strategy of whether or not you should be an MVNO and how to move forward, but also have defined who is doing what to finish the business model, a budgetary much more refined budgetary outline and the tools to build a business model, business plan, marketing plan, product definition, user journeys and a requirements template as well as a project plan template.
At the end of the session we have the option of arrange a virtual event with or without food and drinks delivered to each location, which can be an ideal session to help bring ideas out that have been bubbling during the day and get a stronger sense of what everyone needs to do. Here we have done everything from Virtual Wine tastings, Coffee tastings, to mini cocktail events and dinners where a local restaurant or chef prepares food and drinks that arrive that day for the evening’s event.
