The outputs from this session should be a Gate 1 level understanding of what we see as a 3 gates system and should allow you to understand the basic next steps and strategy of whether or not you should be an MVNO, how to move forward, a budgetary outline and the tools to build a business model, business plan, marketing plan, product definition, user journeys and a requirements template.
